Log into your APEX CARBON account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the electronic device in its original anti-static packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure the return is eligible for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, ensuring that any previous shipping labels are completely covered or removed.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
